Milk chocolate truffles
Milk chocolate ganache, covered in milk chocolate couverture, then rolled in milk chocolate flakes.
Ingredients: Sugar, vegetable oils and fats (palm, hydrogenated palm (4.3%), Cocoa butter, MILK powder, Cocoa mass, Water, Glucose syrup, Anhydrous MILK fat, Emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, mono and diglycerides from fatty acids), vanilla flavour. Dextrose, Fructose, Saccharose, Salt (<0.0%), Food acid (Citric acid), Colouring: Beta-carotene.
